(5) How to apply for a discount code?
Enter your coupon code in your shopping cart! The coupon code part is located between the product you listed and the checkout!
You can also enter your coupon code when entering your payment information at checkout! (Please note that you must click Apply Coupon before adding payment)

(6) What should I do if I forget to use the discount code?
After the checkout is complete, we will not refund the discount code. However, we recommend that you cancel your order within 24 hours. Since the product will not leave the warehouse within 24 hours, cancellation of the order is free. After canceling the order, you can buy again and use the discount code.

(8) Can I cancel the order?
We can only deal with the cancellation of goods that have not yet been put into production. Please send an email to (hydeeqzijlfr@gmail.com) with your order details, we will cancel your order and refund it in full.
Once the printing process starts, we cannot cancel the order.


(9) What is the status of my order?
After successfully ordering, please look forward to a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order starts production. After your order is shipped, we will send a third email with your tracking information.
You can get the latest information about your order through the receipt link provided in our email.
If you do not receive the status update email, please check your spam folder or promotional label in case it is redirected there.

Our products do not charge any other taxes and fees in the United States.

(11) How to return the goods?
You can return the product for free within 30 days after receiving it, but you need to make sure that the product meets the return conditions when returning the product. We do not charge return fees, but for returns that are not related to product quality, you need to pay return shipping fees. We will provide you with a return address in the US based on your shipping address. The shipping cost of returning the goods to us depends on the logistics provider you choose.
